It’s not the last time we’ll see Hawkins because the final season will probably be about trying to close the gates and stop Vecna from releasing more in other towns and to keep the Upside Down from spreading
But I imagine Hawkins will be overrun with all sorts of creatures and become a war zone basically like how it always has been in the actual Upside Down.

Disappointed. Between Season Three and Four, this whole thing has turned into a live action comic book. I enjoyed the first two seasons. Sad, because this really had the potential to be one of the best SciFi Horror Thrillers of all time.

Is there any way the ‘actors’ who play Will and Mike can be replaced for the final season?
Are we sure that this is only going for one more season? Netflix is sinking pretty hard and this is by far the biggest draw for them.

I went back and watched S1E1 and the difference in Nancy is startling. She went from lovely young woman to a corpse with a perm. I hope she’s ok.

To chime in on the great debate, Will was always gay and Robin was the one that they actually did the bait and switch on.
My guess is they wanted one character to be gay and they realized that Will was such a bad actor that it was going to be cringey af so they bailed on it being a relevant part of the story while shooting season 3 and switched to Robin.

I'm just spitballing here but I'm pretty sure she might be heavy into drugs. She's dating Charlie Heaton, the actor who plays Jonathan in the series, and he's a known user of cocaine.

She doesn't look nearly as sickly in real life as she does on the show.

I just finished also. Eddie was such a likable guy and very relatable to so many misunderstood teens. I don’t think any season 4 character that was new made it out of the season.
I went to stranger con in New Jersey last weekend and got to meet 7 of the actors. Ironically, Mason Dye, who plays Jason, was the nicest IRL

Agreed. Hated him on the show but that was the point. He killed it. He’s got a future for sure.

I hope they do another series in the 90s (obviously with a new cast of kids).
Y'all have to remember that Covid fricked things up. The main actors/actresses were roughly the same age as their characters and the show would've already ended last year.
