Robin spend 90% of season 3 flirting with Steve. It was an absolute bait and switch. Even the characters in the show acted like she was flirting with him.
I feel like this is you projecting dude. A LOT of people never got that vibe.

I wish I could be as ignorant as you. If I could turn off the BS from pop-culture, I would. In your case, you're either too stupid to see it, or you see and have to keep denying it. You're always jumping in the conversation at least.

Steve and Dustin did. So idk how it’s projecting

This was shot over a year ago and you think that scene was a call out to RvW being overturned which was a week ago?
My dude please think it through.

Can someone help me here. Where’d the sword at the end come from?
I either missed something (likely) or that was random as hell.

It’s hard to identify when it’s organic and when it’s being shoehorned
Will is definitely integral to the story, but his being gay adds nothing. But fortunately, this time they remembered to make a good show around it. It's still tedious, but whatever.
On an unrelated note, did I miss the part where one of the Russian guards was sporting a Conan the Barbarian sword? How did that get into the prison?

Why is that the same few posters are always the ones getting bent out of shape about this type of stuff?

Apparently Joe Quinn improvised the “I love you, man” that Eddie said to Dustin at the end

Ah, there it is. Thanks Jangles

She’s less organic that Will.

Will is a weird kid in a group of nerds and outcasts. It was hinted out throughout the whole series.
And Will is producing an interesting subplot and character development. It helped him relate to 11 and not just be jealous of her.
Wish you’d let it die, because nobody who’s watching gives a frick, these are just observations from everyone.
The difference is Will is not gay yet, you just assume he is. So as an above poster pointed out, that’s kind of the definition of projection

Then why do you all even bother watching this stuff if it bothers you so much?
Seriously. There’s an handful of posters here who bitch incessantly in every single show thread about what could be perceived as “woke” or that a woman/Black person/LGTBQ+ person is involved. Or that Netflix/Amazon/Disney has an agenda that is ruining every show.
You complain about it but continue to give it views. Y’all are like a bunch of masochists.

There are two posters in this thread who complain about EVERYTHING, always. It’s exhausting.

So we have Molotov cocktails, that was a good weapon choice, but you don't throw them at soft targets. The chance of breaking hitting flesh is slim.
That did trigger my suspense of disbelief for a moment there.

I just got to the scene where they are making the weapons. Did they really have the two black kids make the spears. Ha!

Maya Hawke has said they were supposed to get
Together and that changed during filming around episode 4-5
So they were setting up a relationship and bailed on it.
And no problem with her being a lesbian, I just Want my guy Steve to catch a break.

I think you're confused. You can watch a show, giving it a chance to entertain you, while also recognizing the obvious politically motivated pandering that can negatively effect the quality of the show.
I've watched this show from beginning to end, and it's enjoyable, but there are obvious moments that are forced in to check boxes. It's a really good show otherwise, which makes it disappointing.
Hollywood historically has always been very very political, but for awhile it largely didn't effect their desire to pad the bottom line. The last 4-5 years have sort of teetered their activism to a more overt form within the released content (with outright corporate mandates). It sucks watching so many previously entertaining shows get bogged down with meaningless tokenism, but the policies come straight from the top.
Now the whining everytime someone is being honest about that fact is what makes the battle go round-and-round.

Never understand why ppl have to nit pick everything just enjoy the show , must be miserable to look for BS like that in everything you watch

Can I be honest?
If we could save Eddie, I'd sacrifice a ton of these main characters
that guy brought more heart and authenticity to this show. It sucks they played him off with that Moby song. It was so depressing but fitting.
