From what little spoilers I've read the civil war never ended and the rebellion is still on-going.

I won't post anymore possible spoilers in this thread.
But with that said, first off I don't even know if that is an actual spoiler or not. It could just be some bullcrap that someone made up. They actually laid out a great deal of what was suppose to be the 1st act (I think). I have a hard time believing someone got there hands on that much of the script.
Secondly, I not only labeled it "probable spoiler", I also dropped it far enough down from the spoiler tag that someone would literally have to scroll down the post to actually see it. If someone doesn't have enough self-control to not scroll down to see a possible spoiler, then that is on them
But again, I won't post any more of the possible spoilers in this thread.

Agreed. I was really hoping Abrams would have went with making the Thrawn trilogy or Yuuzhan Vong War into the movies. Those two series were amazing and would have made for an excellent movie series.

If you read the interviews the three main characters gave, a plot starts to develop ... Potential spoilers .......
The desert planet isn't Tattooine, it's a planet called Jakku where Rey (Daisey Rider's character) lives. She is a scavanger that lives among Imperial scrap. I'm betting she finds Luke's lightsaber in the beginning of the movie. Leia sends Poe (the x wing fighter) to retrieve it while Finn (storm trooper) winds up in Jakku fleeing from service as a storm trooper. The three are going to have to find Luke and get it back to him. Rey is going to end up being very powerful in the force. Kylo Ren will be pursuing them the entire time.

The movie hasn't even come out yet, and there is no other source material where they can be pulling from since the EU is no longer in play. So no one really knows yet what is and what isn't a spoiler.
I say just label your post as possible spoilers, drop it down far enough after the tag so someone has to scroll down to see it, and then just post it. I don't see why people need to get their panties in a wad if we do that in this thread.
ETA: Or the OP can just relabel the thread as "Spoilerish".
