No, the lightsaber is proof enough that it's not Luke. It's a highly amateur and crude design. Vader was very impressed that Luke was able to create one that was so flawless, and I don't think he would be impressed with Kylo's design.

It doesn't at all. Luke could be in the middle of crafting one and using this as a stop-gap for now.
His mental state could be deteriorating as well and he can't craft such a flawless saber anymore.
It could also be intended to mislead (or also be some kind of super design)

He constructed his green one in less than 6 months. Why would it take him 30 years to build that crude one? He's clearly not Luke and is played by Adam Driver.

Luke could be Kylo Ren.
When Luke escaped the Death Star (Return of the Jedi) he took Darth's corpse to Endor and burned it. There's a trailer for the new movie with Kylo Ren talking to Vader's burned helmet. Only Luke would have known where the body was burned. It was a Jedi tradition to burn the dead.

I think Luke may be Snook or Snuke, what ever his name is.
I rewatched the originals and so many times he defied his training and didn't listen, he spoke in absolutes and lied at Jabba's palace. He used Anger to attack his father.
He is just like his Dad, and while he may not be as evil. It's plausible that Luke is a leader of the New Order. The good guys are called the "Resistance" this time. We know that the "First Order" is NOT the empire. Then who is Leia and Co resisting? Maybe Luke has good intentions but went mad with power. Either that or he is living the Obi Wan/ Yoda life and is hiding in some shithole.

I assume a lot of Ewoks and a few of his people saw the funeral pyre for vader, a fire that big in a forest area isn't going unnoticed.
One negative to the Luke goes bad story, is it ruins the story arc of the original trilogy.
Vader's dying words are "Luke, you were right about me, there was good in me. Tell your sister, you were right about me."
Vader died with a smile on his face having killed the Emperor. Luke changed him to the good. We could have had this.
