I was truly blessed to grow up in this era. You left off Hey Dude, but your list is still solid.

The answer is Doug. Though Rugrats was good and Hey Arnold wasn't bad.
The qulaity of Doug detiorated quickly when the show went to Disney. They may have done more episodes for Disney, but when Doug and ROger stopped being voiced by Billy West, it went down hill.
