There’s still no reason for Ned not to know him. They were friends before he was Spider-Man.
So based on Strange’s rules, they should still be friends.

But, she was the hot May.

Strange deleted Peter Parker from their memories. Not Spiderman

The final spell to close the rifts was that everyone forgets Peter Parker. In fact, Dr. Strange made it clear that no one would remember him at all.

Eh maybe. But people got tired of Spidey always having help and always seemed to be too ingrained in the MCU instead of just being around sometimes like in the comics and mostly dealing with threats and struggles on his own.
It was also part of the lead up to the aborted Multiverse saga that was trashed when Majors got hit with the abuse allegations and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania didn't perform as well as they hoped.

It looks good. I think it might be the only current Marvel product I want to see.
The Downey as Dr. Doom idea doesn't excite me and I think I have fatigue or low interest in the present characters remaining.
I'm not a big fan of multiverse stuff or the last iterations of Thor or Dr Strange

I want a stand alone Hulk movie.
with the REAL Hulk. Not the watered down Infinity War/end Game version

The IP ownership doesn't allow that. Even if you had a good direction to go with the character

So who are the bad guys in this one?
So far it looks like:
Scorpion (the guy with the tail)
Tarantula (the guy with blades on his shoes)
The Hand (the red-clad ninjas he's fighting in some scenes)
The Hand ties him back to Daredevil, and of course The Punisher is in this one as well. So he's definitely getting tied to the street-level heroes more.

What is the thing possessing people?

Think he was the same guy who did Shang Chi and I think he brought over a similar stunt crew
Not saying Spidey needs to do king fu, but some more of that flavor is welcome.

I cant believe they are still trying to make Zendaya work. Shes nothing like the original MJ. This would have been the perfect opportunity to let her go
And hot May is gone. Unforgivable

Mary Jane was written as a foil to Gwen Stacy. She was extroverted, with a fun-loving personality. Nonetheless, following Gwen's death the heartbroken Mary Jane became more caring and empathetic
According to co-creator Stan Lee he had intended for Gwen Stacy to be Spider-Man's one true love, and introduced Mary Jane "just for fun", but that "somehow, Mary Jane seemed to have all the personality'. Mary Jane always seemed more interesting!". Mary Jane's flamboyance and 'life of the party' personality ended up being not only more beautiful but more fun and more interesting, so we finally decided to let Peter end up with her

They probably didn’t want to piss off Tom by firing his wife.

Actually, Zendaya and her husband Tom Holland have pretty good onscreen chemistry.

Zendaya and her husband
Its her doom and gloom personality. Its so annoying to be repping the MJ character

That's the way this MJ has been written; that's not her personality.

You would think with technology advancing and the years going by these green screen "scenes" would be indistinguishable from practical scenes.. But man some of these are bad like that first clip.

Having him have the funding of Tony Stark and the network of SHIELD and his man in the chair make him less Spider-Man and more Iron Man
He still seems to be using some high tech equipment presumably from banner to scan his dna which is whatever
I just really hope they don't ruin the melancholic ending of the last movie and have mj and ned magically remember who he is in this one
