Crassus is Imperator (General of the Army. They stretched it here. Usually you were not an imperator unless your army declared you one on the field of battle after the battle. Was an honor, not a title).
Tiberius is one of his commanders and Caesar serves under him as a tribune. Tiberius is probably a legate.
