Kylo and Rey fall in love
They have a baby
They name the baby Luke
His midichlorians are off the charts
baby Luke crafts his first light saber by age 2
Force chokes Kylo in his sleep
Rey is forced to fight her own baby...to the death
Movie ends with Rey mortally wounded, and baby Luke running away

In the past, I would avoid Star Wars spoiler threads. Now I have no problem clicking on them.

The last spoiler that bothered me was when it was leaked that Vader was Luke's father.

And that was the last truly great Star Wars film. The decline started with Return of the Jedi. It was plain as day. We just didn't want to see it.

I watched every miserable frame of the Lucas-directed sequels. And I'm done, other than an outside observer, since then. If I watched Rogue One (which I am almost certainly never going to do), it would be the same way I treat Abrams' Trek - bad fan fiction.

So why do I even subject myself to threads like this? Nostalgia, baws. I was kid for (the real) Star Wars. Nothing more.

You mean using giant bug-eyed space hamsters to sell more merchandise to kids was a warning sign of things to come?!?!?!

Where's the evidence for this? I think Star Wars fans just want to see good movies. Star Wars fans don't complain that much about TFA, Rogue One, or even Solo for that matter.

Many of the book series were amazing too. Star Wars fans are not tied to the Original Trilogy only.

Rogue One gets a bad wrap and I have no idea why. It's a great film.

Same for Solo - a fun space adventure - which is what I thought Star Wars was supposed to be.

There is no way a Star Wars fan would not like Rogue One.

I love it even more after watching the director talk about Star Wars with such reverence.

100% backlash for Jedi.

I think most people who saw Solo thought it was decent enough. I didn't see any reviews that said it was great. Most of the reviews I saw said it was a decent heist movie in the Star Wars universe. Nothing earthshaking.

Some folks just said no to anything Star Wars until Kennedy is gone.

Yes I really meant the ones within the "Star Wars" banner.

I consider both Solo and Rogue One stand alone films and enjoyed both.

So the big bad villain will be newly introduced.

Thanks to Rian Johnson killing the momentum of the story, Abrams really has no choice but to introduce an outside Villian.

Plus this was predicted years ago as it fits the Last Airbender Arc

Rey = Katara/Aang
Kylo = Zuko

They were obviously being set up to join forces against Snoke but Johnson screwed up so here we are...

Introduce an outside force to redeem Abram’s vision

I finally tried watching Solo on Netflix. As objective as I could be, but it was so dumb I couldn’t finish it.

Every single major character separated across the galaxy just happens to ALL know each other and be in the same exact bar at the same time? The script was obviously written by a third grader.

In a very small bit of fairness to Rian, he already laid the groundwork for that with the whole "evil capitalists selling weapons to both sides to profit from eternal war" angle.

But it seems that JJ is so pissed at Johnson for destroying his vision that he's going to return the favor and that's how we may very well end up with the Super Big Bad that's some thing that sleeps on your head and eats your dreams or whatever this bullshite is supposed to be.

JJ should be pissed at himself. He's the biggest reason the ST sucks arse.

Solo was crap too, it just wasn’t franchise breaking feminist garbage. It was all over the place with no coherent plot or direction, the acting was a huge miss, and there were no defining moments in the movie. It’s entirely forgettable and has no rewatchability factor.
