I can't wait for it to start so they can stop showing the commercials for it. It looks awful. The whole premise is dumb. Why would a train survive? How would all the tracks stay intact? Who is repairing them? Trains can't run through artic terrain with massive snow/ice formations. None of it makes sense..
This.
Because you could do this premise in space and it would make 100 times more sense.

Of course it doesn’t make sense. That’s why I could be incredible.
The movie didn’t make much sense either. But it was still enjoyable.

Where is this train going?
It just rides around forever?
Must be crazy long tracks?
Around the planet.
Yes, because the world is frozen due to a chemical to combat global warming.
Yes, it rides in a loop, so every year they pass by the same place. It’s how the characters knew the planet was warming backup slowly.

Your entire post is just a rambling myriad of future proofing.
When they actually DO have a Trump figure, and people rightly acknowledge. . .you will refer to this as a gotcha.
But you just seem upset that people notice, without saying they are wrong.
I don't call every capitalist in film a Trump analogue. I am not that guy, never have been.
But I saw this movie, and we all know what is going to happen in small screen form. . .hate that reality all you want.

Sheep.
Get your head up out of the flock and see what the (insert political party) is doing to you.

Technically, it just needs to be a circle for the train to ride around forever.

I think it could be a good show, despite my acknowledgment of certain realities.
I'll give it a shot.
I enjoyed Parasite, despite being a dishonest critique of capitalism and rugged self-determination.

Me too, loved the movie regardless of it being a bit heavy-handed.
Will watch the show, but I don't have a lot of confidence that it'll be good.

Big night for Snowpiercer fans.

A lot of parallels to the movie but also a lot of new paths per say.
I like the train within a train. I was curious as to how they navigate 1001 cars quickly

Future social justice warriors trapped on a train. No thanks

Why a train?
Why not just some big buildings?
What fuels this train?

Nice twist there at the end. Still don't think this lasts past one season though.

Kudos to the Democrats who built a time machine, went back to 70’s France, learned the language and built new identities before writing their anti-Trump manifesto in a foreign language.
Oh grow up....it's a form of retconning and it's become one of the Lefts' favorite new past times.

The movie was terrible....Tilda was the only good thing about it.
