Reminder: please do not bring up book spoilers in this thread. Most haven’t read the books.

S3 Spoilers Below:

Not the biggest fan of the memory issues with Jules, but I think it will be resolved quickly.

The past storyline was much more interesting and I hope we start getting more of that each episode.

Great episode

So what the hell is with the F35’s flying into that “cloud” and that goo taking out the planes.

Been a year and a half and even with the quick recap I’m like “what the hell did I watch back in season two?

The one before the episode is too short. There is a 10 minute recap on the bottom of the first page of this thread that covers seasons 1 and 2.

Better to go check that out, than revisit the last two or three episodes of season 2.

But all that said, anyone think that this was a great episode to draw people back into it? Seems kind of weak.

Seems like Nanites to me. They then activated the missiles

The forget-forget devil fruit pills are a neat device to create further conflict.

It was a great episode. I am show only, so have no idea what will happen. I was so shocked when they cut to Washington DC!

Anyone else think the silo algorithm voice kinda sounds like the congressman?

Not much discussion but thought it was another good episode. I am leaning toward the voice being an AI consciousness and not cryo frozen and woken up founders. The more I heard of the conversations and the voice it just sounds more AI

I may have missed this from earlier but confirmation the silos are 352 years old

Juliette getting wise to the pills and remembering things. Should be really heating up in upcoming episodes.

I’m still a bit confused by how her closest friends are treating her. I would’ve thought they’d be fighting tooth and nail to be in control of her recovery and getting her memory back. Found it odd they just let Camille have total control over her. Obviously that’s beginning to change but really more of a first episode reaction

Agreed on it being AI based on the reference to the years of data. Would be unsustainable to have some master silo reviewing every datum like that.

The subtitles called it The Algorithm. Before the silo times, they used it to cancel every Netflix show after one season. That’s how it became so ruthless.

Did the AI voice change? Seems like a different voice this season but maybe not.

The wife and I started Season 1 of Silo on Saturday. We binge-watched the hell out of it and are now fully caught up to S3.

What a fantastic ride! Seasons 1 & 2 might be some of the most compelling TV we've ever watched. While some parts of it were slow, the storylines were so fascinating that we never lost interest at all.

Neither of us read the books so we have no idea what to expect next. But we were talking that we'd both love to see the origin of the silos and looks like that's exactly what we're going to get this season.

What a great show!

Another solid episode.

SPOILERS:

No chance Camille is telling the truth to the Algorithm about killing Juliette, right?
