I think the Leftovers is one of the most rewatchable shows out there

Only 28 episodes and it gets better and deeper as you go along.

You also pick up tons more the second go around.

I'm on the last season of a Breaking Bad re-watch. I almost forgot how good this show is.

I revisit it from time to time...such an amazing series. It would be #1 on my list.

I rewatch The Leftovers and Black Sails pretty much every year. The one good thing about a really bad memory is that I forget certain things so even on rewatches I'll have forgotten how some things happen

I'll add:
The Knick. This is a must watch and a show that was criminally cut off after 2 seasons. Had it been on HBO instead of Cinemax, or released later when you had HBO Max, it would have been a hit.
Chernobyl
Band of Brothers
True Detective. S1 is the goat, but season 3 is worth a rewatch as well.
Peaky Blinders
Perry Mason
Parks and Rec
Freaks and Geeks

Unpopular opinion: The Newsroom. Just an incredibly well written and acted show. But, Democrats are projected as evil so some on here can't watch it. Even though the main character is a Republican. The political parties are a very minor part of the story though.

I also strongly recommend not rewatching Game of Thrones. You can basically watch the whole series thinking "well this big story line didnt matter at all in the end."

So you need shows to have technology not yet invented in them instead of stuff that fit the time period?

People who haven't watched all three of those movies don't even know who Lisbeth Salander is. I don't think anyone can truly appreciate her without watching all of them. The 2nd and 3rd movie get into so much of how she got the way she is.

A lot of good responses here. The only one I would add is Rescue Me. It was as good or better the 2nd time through. It’s also the funniest drama I’ve ever seen. It’s not just politically incorrect. It’s ANTI politically correct. Denis Leary gives zero fricks about offending anyone. Not sure it could get made today.

After we married, my husband and I discovered we'd both watched the original showing and really enjoyed it. So we bought the series. We enyjoyed it at much the second time (but vividly remembered the difficult to watch parts.)

It's about a British squad dedicated to defusing UneXplored
Bombs dropped on London.

The characters are vivid, imperfect and likeable as people.

We tend to pull it out to rewatch every second or third year.

Original only lasted one season (1964/65). I got the DVD set which came out a few years ago. Many of those episodes can be watched on the Boomerang app, as well as the later 1980s episodes with "Hard Rock" and the Cartoon Network episodes from the 1990s.
