As far as annoying characters, I loathed ZIggy Sobotka. Character you love to hate has to be Joffrey.

Terrible question.

Unlikeable can mean like Joffrey, JR, Ramsey because you hate the character but they add to the show or like the yelling guy on Parks because they are terrible and take away from the show.
