Yeah... This felt like a rush to the finish line. Not wrapped up well at all.

That got real dark there for a minute

Meh finale and final season overall. A few laughing scenes but that’s about it

Agreed. Was just an OK finale. I was gonna pissed if they killed my girl. “We leakin’”.

Bad season overall & finale really bombed. Should have ended last season.

That's why I didn't want it to be the final season, they couldn't wrap everything up.

It was awful. They all seemed tired or going thru the motions for last 3 episodes.

I figured something was coming with Sean Willam Scott and that Dr Watson was either going to attack Judith or save the day. I hope they only paid Scott scale as he was severely miscast. Could have picked someone off the streets and played it as well or better than him.

I thought Scott was terrible from the first episode with his accent.

The Michael Jackson dance scene wasn't even funny.

I kept telling my wife this season was not on par with the previous.

Severely disappointed.

The dual scene was setup to be so funny but whiffed bad.

Although I enjoyed being in this world again (if for nothing else than more Baby Billy & Judy quotes), this season (outside of the wonderful first episode) was a letdown.

The episode being the finale for the series is a bit sad. It just wasn’t good. Series should have ended with the perfect last episode of season 3.

Agreed!

Very bad way to end it.

After seeing the finale I'm wishing that they'd have done a Young Sheldon and just given us a season with the kid versions. For me that was the funniest episode of the season.

You have to include Episode 4 also. One of the funniest of the series.

They were my favorite too, but I think their style works best in short bursts. Being featured more cuts out that off-kilter timing that makes their random quips hit (at least to me).

BTW, what was the deal with the German nanny?

I was waiting for either her (or the cocaine) to take Billy out, but her character never really went anywhere except for that brief dialog at the end.

Absolutely, that'll be re-watchable over the years.

There were some good laughs this season, but overall not that great and the finale was poor. As usual these folks just had to keep putting too much gay in. It’s awful and not funny. At least if you’re gonna do it, make it funny. Needed more Baby Billy, he’s gold.

I agree with the consensus that the finale and season in general (with the exception of two or three episodes) was not up to par. The series overall was very good though and it gave us an all time great character in Baby Billy. But, the failed landing left me unsatisfied enough that I’m starting a Vice-Principles rewatch.

I don't have anything to add that hasn't already been said. I'll miss the series but it was time. It was probably time after S3.

I mentioned it earlier but there was only one episode when they were in the church, it had a lot of funny moments but it was pretty odd for a final season. They put a lot of things on the back burner because there wasn't enough time.
