complex , these main characters are kids just trying to figure things out'
but its not an idealized childhood at all 2-3 kids if real people end up as drunks
2 in up in jail at a minimum
none have happy, secure lives
but each one is admirable and lovable they are so very broken and finding the humor and absurdity in life

GREAT season 2! As soon as I saw the title to this final episode I thought of Lost Boys immediately and held out hope it was in reference to epic sax man with all of the 80's references from past shows and it delivered! Now I want to watch Lost Boys.

I initially didn't watch this, because I thought it was something that it wasn't. Then when I did, I believed it was an NDN Letterkenny for a few episodes, and really enjoyed it.
Neither of my initial assumptions were correct, but whatever the genre, this is one of the mostly tightly-written, brutally honest shows that I've seen in a long time.
The character arcs and empathetic story lines weaving through this style of comedy are masterfully done.

One of the show's creators was on NPR (Fresh Air) a week or so ago. He talked about growing up on the Res. and how much he was influenced by movies...heugh Tarantino fan. It is a really good interview. I love this show and can't wait till Season 3.

Well that was a great wrap for season 2. Excited to see them on this new Rez. White Jesus at the end with the sax player was a great call back
