I think one of my favorite parts of Cannibal is the trapper song which breaks down into an argument over the key it is supposed to be sung in.

Hedwig and the angry inch. It's the best rock and roll musical I've ever seen and the sound track is fantastic.

I really enjoyed the soundtrack from the most recent A Star Is Born. Pretty sure Shallows won an Oscar, but there are lots of other great tracks.
