I like it, but I don't remember Reacher's autistic mannerisms in the previous seasons and he definitely doesn't have them in the book. And it comes & goes in this one so far.

So here is what I am taking from this last episode. The girl's mission is still the same, which is to avenge those in Americal who she sees is responsibile for what the Putra guy did in Indonesia. But we now see that she is incredibly brutal and will achieve this by any means necessary, doing terrible things to achieve it. Is that how you guys are reading this?

Unless she's one of the ones that got trained by Delta and it's the Indonesian general that's trying to cover his tracks.

One of my quibbles with Lee Childs is that he's a Brit and he's never bothered to learn about the US military. He gets a lot of basic stuff wrong.

Same. So is hottie and Mc-used-to-be-hottie-now-older there to kill those responsible for the attempted assassination? If so, why did it take so long? Rally enjoying this season. Maybe the older chick is the general's wife out for revenge if they did success? Maybe wife daughter combo.

I know it will be explained at some point (at least, I hope it is), but considering where we are in the story to this point I have zero idea: a) why the congressman's chief of staff was on that train; and, b) why he voluntarily did a Triple Lindy without a pool later.
