Rambo 2 nailed it except for the helicopter bomb scene.

Was John that deaf from Nam that he couldn't hear a helicopter from a few hundred yards away before using his last explosive arrow on one person that was no longer a threat?

Yeah, him letting the bad guy go because it would be more prudent to save the round would be way more entertaining. Good point.

Well that and the fact that there are no such thing as exploding arrowheads that could blow up a helicopter (or any of the other stuff he blew up)..
