5 years ago, I would’ve said The Social Network. I was still in college and that and The Wolf of Wall Street were fun movies to watch.

My favorite movie this decade though may be either Interstellar. Room maybe my favorite under the radar good movie from this decade that I watched.

Might be old school, but I think it's a fair assessment. I've seen The Social Network twice, and I respect it for what it is, but it never really stuck with me after either viewing.

I probably enjoyed it the least of the Best Picture nominees that year, let alone consider it the best of the decade.

I would have a hard time coming up with 20 movies if we did MWADS for the 2010's But The Social Network would be way up there.

Mad Max
Zero Dark Thirty
Dunkirk
Winters Bone
(Did not see Whiplash or Inside Llewyln Davis.) Not the greatest decade. 1999 and 1939 were arguably better.
1939:
Gone With The Wind
Wizard Of Oz
Stagecoach
Mr. Smith Goes To Washington
1999:
Fight Club
American Beauty
Matrix
Sixth Sense

I don’t think Social Network is the best of the decade, but it is really well done.

I think the best, in no particular order, are Ex Machina, Inception, Django, Edge of Tomorrow and Wolf of Wall Street

Most fun theater experiences were Interstellar and Infinity War/Endgame.

To be fair, I’m sure I’m forgetting some and have yet to see several on many people’s bests list

IDK if it's the best but when I think about what would be the best, it is first that comes to mind on my list.

Not saying it’s not a great movie, just wouldn’t sniff the top of my personal list.

I agree with this.

It's a great movie, but not the best of the decade. It does define a lot of the decade, though. I like Nightcrawler as defining the decade though, it's more approachable and more broad in application at the same time.

That movie really nailed what a shithead prick Zuckerberg is well before the public at large realized he's a self centered doucher.

It’s kind of a weak decade so Social Network might be the best tbh.

You’re conflating best with most enjoyable.

From a craft perspective The Social Network is top notch and it’s really not even arguable
