I mean, I think the guest he most lit into was Adam Conover where Adam thought that anything a biological man can do that a biological woman could do or even do it better than a man. It was pure idiocy from Adam and I think came across the worst of any of Joe’s guests. He is clearly a fricking moron and Joe is probably the most Right Wing guy this idiot has spoken to in years: YouTube

Awesome! That’s great to hear. Wrapping up his Krystal and Saagar podcast, but this is the next one on my list.

Actually the guy interviewing him was trying to talk to him about all of the gratuitous violence that are in all of his movies, and QT got pissed.

That episode seemed like a South Park parody guest on the Rogan show.

But it's still not Rogan challenging real ideas.

He just had to challenge this guy to save face in the fighting world.

Say what? Did I just watch the same clip you posted? That clip shows how pretentious QT is and much better he thinks he is than that interviewer. He was asking pretty simple questions that QT has been asked before (clearly) and has a pretty strong stance towards. But he flipped out like a bitch and didn't want to play anymore, and then pulled his "I'm better than you" bullshite when he was saying that he was just there to promote his movie. That interviewer is kind of a dick, but so is QT in that clip.

Nah, that interviewer is known to be a prick. Robert Downey, Jr. walked out on him because he started rehashing RDJ's old drug problems. Tarantino has talked about the violence in his movies a bajillion times. No need to go over it again because this prick wants a soundbite.

I don't listen to hear his opinion. I'm there for the guests, but Rogan is good at interviewing and getting his guests to discuss interesting things.

Rogan also made fun of pro wrestlers for a decade and then kissed the Undertaker'a arse for 3 hours.

You can make fun of pro wrestling and the nature of the competition not being a competition and merely being entertainment, and also realize that the wrestlers really do take a beating, probably moreso than any other sport. Those guys go through hell to put on a show, even though the results are scripted.

Rogan's "views" change with every guests he has on, unless it's someone who dares say that most street drugs are awful for you and ruin your life, then he'll explode.

He does mold to the point of view taken by his guests. But like you said, unless you disagree with his take on drugs.

He has on interesting guests and has a long format discussion. He's not a journalist, but he does more and better work than 100% of journalists that exist.

this is the same guy who fawns over Bernie Sanders and Andrew Yang, yet fled California and the exact policies that those two wanted to amplify nationwide

Yeah, he's more liberal in his voting, but if you listen to him speak, he is a libertarian. I think he just hasn't been out of California long enough. Give it time, especially with this administration. He'll start changing his tune.

However, he did move to very liberal Austin. I think if he'd have a podcast regarding political ideology and the outcomes of each path, he may change his tune. Doesn't seem like that is what he wants to do, though.

THIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISSSSS

Dude is a hack. An entertaining hack but still a hack.

He'll never be on the level of Nolan, Mann, Spielberg, etc.

Exactly

He brings on a wide range of guests, from the nutty to more mundane topics. He does know how to make hours long conversations with anybody. That’s why people like him. He himself has said his opinions are bs

Rogan is not a libertarian. He is a classic liberal. He believes in UBI and universal healthcare.

A classical liberal would oppose both, what are you talking about.

Joe is a martial arts dude. I'm sure anything that put Bruce Lee in an unfavorable light he would question.

Wrong

No legitimate libertarian (so not much of the libertarian party) is going to approve of UBI or universal healthcare because they would both be government mandated and paid for by increased taxes. That goes against the whole “minimal government as possible” and “taxation is theft” line of thinking.

Exactly. Funny how you get it, spell it out correctly, get 5 up votes, and all I did was say ' wrong ' , and got 3 down votes.

We got some ignorant folks here.

Interesting. Assuming he was 18-20 at the end of the war that would make him 44-46 in the movie, which feels about right.
