Just got out. Really fun / interesting movie. Pattinson is incredible and I think everyone else does really well to sell their characters and the era
The 2006 era motifs of it all are incredible. Lot of blend of media and culture at that time that was done well.
I think it struggles to find its overall point thematically but it’s a very enthralling movie to watch. With a lot of dark humor and a twinge of psychological horror, it’s doing a lot and pulling it off.

Just got out of the movie as well, and this was my main take away. Not sure what the movie really wanted to say about anything. Overall I was pretty let down. Pattinson was fun to watch, but that was about it.

I love all the little easter eggs in the preview clips. The podium from the NJ episode, the guy on his knees is supposed to be the Army guy who fled to Puerto Rico on the GA episode, the ghillie suit cop from the Ft Myers, FL episode, etc.
Also one of the biggest crybaby preds he caught (this one was on Takedown and not TCAP) just got life without parole in Florida last month. He was a TSA agent who probably "patted down" a ton of kids. He went to trial instead of a taking a 15 year plea deal.

What was interesting to see was that pretty much every thing in the previews and that has been memed like crazy leading up to this, all happens in the first 5-10 minutes of the movie, so doesn’t feel like any of that gave anything away for the movie overall
