I have never watched any of the shows below. Which one should I go with or which order? Any other suggestions better?

Any of those choices are fine choices. Breaking Bad, at least for me, is my all time favorite TV show and it was a quicker watch than the other two so I may pick that.
Currently watching Game of Thrones for the first time so getting through that.

They are each equally great.

You can't go wrong with any of those.
The Wire is probably the most realistic and my favorite.
Breaking Bad is just awesome, but really, really dark at times.
The Sopranos has great characters. I don't care for this type of organized crime show so it's probably my least favorite of the three. But if you like mafia-type stuff, this is for you.

BB is, to me, the faster paced of the 3. Not saying that's good or bad, just depends on your personal tastes. I've seen and enjoyed all 3 series but BB is my favorite, and one of the best shows I've ever watched.
