Some guesses that nukes were used somehow and that would explain high radiation levels.

I started this a few days ago because of this thread. This is basically the same exact story as Silo but a much better show. Every episode has a twist ending it seems

Man this show leaves you hanging every damn week. Another really good episode and killer soundtrack.

Great show
Anyone else disappointed in the messages in the sky? Why just use general statements? Go ahead and just say what she did.
They are lying to you is so ambiguous

Anyone else think the kid and grandad are up to something?
How did the kid know to go to the granddad to unlock the iPad?

I thought for a second that the cliffhanger of this episode was going to be that Sinatra has had his wife locked up down there the whole time.

If Silo was right after the event. Similar but Silo is hundreds of years later.

that kind of make me think this is going to become a ridiculous over the top melodrama.
I have been a big fan but the ending of last nights episode started giving me that vibe as well. Sinatra as world dictator with absolute power is too big of a stretch. There is no more free market economy. Why are people willing to follow her so blindly?

so has this been confirmed as just a miniseries or will they do a S2?

Season 2 hasn’t been confirmed yet, but the creator said he has three seasons in mind so hopefully we get that.

Something needs to come together I noticed the last episode. The ending when Sinatra says his wife is alive out there and the daughter saying she found info that Atlanta was hit by 2 nukes. The wife was going to Atlanta, and as straight an arrow as Xavier is, using his wife as blackmail bait in the instance he ever went off the rails wouldn’t have been something to enter their minds to kidnap her prior to Atlanta being hit.

That was one hell of an episode. I just hope they’re able to wrap everything up in the finale.

That is an understatement! Just, wow! What a great 50 minutes of television. Yes, there are 1 or 2 gripes I have which I’ll won’t say here because of spoilers…but the other 99-percent was amazing.
I’m guessing since it was just announced there will be a season 2 that next weeks finale should wrap up a most of loose ends, but still have some type of cliffhanger out there.

That was one of the most intense episodes of any show in a long time. Damn, I was irrationally pissed at the end.

SPOILERS
It has to be something with them going outside and the wife being alive. Very similar to Silo and going to the outside world as a cliffhanger / set up for season 2.
