Original, Unaltered Cut Of Star Wars Trilogy To Be Released On Blu-ray By Disney

Our sources indicate that the project has been under way for quite some time, but it’s been challenging because of some damage to the original negatives they are utilizing. I knew that would happen after Disney bought the rights from George Lucas. They know what people want to see --- Han shooting first and not all that CGI shite in the background

haha sorry. my star wars was the '97 re-releases. some of the differences are cool though. like sky city and the wompa.

I'm sure that there will be some that will be down on the black boxes around the TIE Fighters and the other seams in the special effects... but for those of us that were there for the original release this will be an amazing rush of nostalgia.
