Something has really been bothering me about this episode. Was the guy in the bathroom taking a legit shite or just chilling on the toilet? If he was taking a slam, it was awfully courteous of Rick to allow him to pull up his pants and put the toilet seat back down before deeming him a walker.

Someone mentioned on the previous page that it looks like Rick/Carl/Michonne are not too far behind Tyrese/Carol/kids. I know they're both on the railroad tracks, but it looked like the Terminus sign Rick et al found was on the side of a boxcar, while IIRC, the one Tyrese's group saw was on some type of trestle. Makes me wonder how far apart they are or if they're heading from/to the same direction, which might make a difference in them running into each other.
I think they must be going in the same direction now that they've both seen the signs. I wish we had a better point of reference on where Rick's group is. It seems like they haven't crossed any of the other groups' paths yet.

Also made me wonder who from Terminus would go back and put all those signs up all over the place, or is it just a mythical place kind of like what Dryworld seemed to be in Waterworld, someplace to be rumored about but no one had actually seen it 'til the end. When they get there, they might be like "This is it? Well this sucks..."
I'm really interested to see where this whole Terminus thing goes. The maps and messages make me feel like it's a trap. Why would anyone advertise like that? Seems like you'd be begging looters to come around.
And how would people advertising like that have never ended up at the prison?

Perhaps it was the only place he could go to rest without the one dude choking him out.

I would definitely believe the guy rocking a mullet and cargo shorts knows how to save the entire human race

Cargo shorts are a good idea. Extra pockets to carry more supplies.

Watching the episode now. So far the second part of season 4 has been meh.
At this point I'm only watching to see that little fricker Carl die.

Seems to me he was just sitting there fully clothed. My wife and I had a full-blown conversation about this.
I think it would have been more obvious he was trying to take a dump if this had been on a channel like HBO.

Which brings up something that has been bugging me for the last few episodes--why does it seem like there's a shortage of decent carrying bags for stuff like food/water they find? And I'm not talking about a damned grocery bag. It seems like everyone should have a backpack on them at all times with a bit of water & food, with more room to carry loot they find. Yeah, yeah, I know...they got way too complacent while at the prison.
Oh, and why was Abraham carrying most of the stuff (including 3 gallons of water) while Tara walking next to him just had a little knife? Bitch, if you want some of this water, you better help carry it!

Yeah, I'm with you. Something doesn't seem right about it. But in the ZA, I guess you have to take a chance and check it out. Hopefully the different groups are smart enough to scout it out first before just walking up to the front door, but know this show that probably won't be the case. The good thing is that if all of the groups converge on Terminus at around the same timeframe, they'll have a good little battle group to put up fight if it is a trap. Ole Abraham will see that Glenn does have a group after all.

Probably because it is too cumbersome for the actors to carry around that type of stuff while trying to act. But your right, even the people they run into aren't carrying backpacks and duffle bags and crap.

This probably wasn't on their minds while they were running away from a tank. Just surviving the attack probably took center stage.

I agree with you but I think this also goes along with their characters. Tara seems to not care if she lives or dies due to the guilt she feels about her part in the Governor's attack. That's why she was just sitting with a loaded gun with walkers all around her before Glenn found her.
On the other hand, Abraham seems like a typical "surivor" type. He strikes me as a total boy scout who would thrive in a zombie apocalypse.

For you comic readers: It's nothing personal against you guys. I understand that you want to be part of the discussion. But you have to understand that for people who are admitted comic readers and espcially for the guy who seems to get a big kick out of coming in and posting fake comic stuff (I think his quote was "I've been killing it the last two weeks") - any kind of speculation that you engage in will be informed by your comic reading. And it will seem to be informed by it even in cases where it might not be.
Yes, even if the plot of the show does not follow the plot of the books very much. And even if you don't think you are "spoiling" anything. The fact that you have read all the books, that the books contain certain characters and events that are the same as the show, and that in commenting on what you think will happen or how a character will behave in the show necessarily gives pause to those of us who have chosen not to read the books.
I know how you feel because I was in the opposite situation in the Game of Thrones threads. I have read all the books and was at first surprised that the non readers would take so much offense at anyone who was a reader posting anything at all in the non reader thread. But I figured it out and stay away from those threads. The readers of GoT have their own episode thread after each episode and it works out fine. It's best just to stay away from a thread where people are leery of everything you post.
So enjoy the comic books and the show but let us non book readers have our non comic book thread each week without having to worry whether things being posted by certain posters like speculation or coment on a character is based on their comic reading, is some fake comic stuff they made up or is just based on what they saw on the show.

This is true but I think it would be unrealistic for them to all show up at the same time. I hope they don't do something like that. That seems to almost be too coincidental.

Well said, and I agree.
Although I've literally said those exact words many times before to no avail. They just can't not post in here.
ETA: There always have been two separate episode discussion threads...not sure why that isn't happening this time around. It usually helps a good bit when they are both around.

Considering they are all on foot (except for Glenn's group), I don't think any of them are more than a day behind each other.

I would recommend RA'ing those types of posts/comments.
