First three seasons of House of Cards.
After that, it kind of becomes a chore
But the the third season actually wraps up pretty nice and kind of wraps up the story to that point like a series finale would.

i think i quit in the middle of the 3rd season. i'll add to OP with this caveat
eta same is true for other series too if you want to add 'where to stop watching' notes. didn't i hear that dexter has a shelf-life too?
