I do agree that episode 6 was better.

I came very close to turning this lame show off when Raylan's love interest told a random 1960s civil rights lunch counter story to make a point about right and wrong.

Maybe that’s why the audience that this show was originally targeted towards have a problem with it, but the people that watched the original series also have a problem with it.
Some people pay bills and some don’t.

The original Justified before the world went to shite in a hand basket was just fine.

Good for you because FX and Tim didn’t get the message. The original episodes compared to this mess, is a mess within itself. It’s one thing to watch something in name only, it’s another thing to watch something that can’t take it’s self seriously.

Best episode of the series to date.

But it's not Justified and he's not Raylan Givens.

Perhaps that will change in the next two episodes.

Last episode was better. Series sucks but the last episode was good. Hopefully it’ll finish strong

Just finished episode 4, and came here to confirm that this Hallmark special of a series didn’t go there. Instead you confirmed that it did. Raylan never would hook up with ugly fatties. They don’t get his character at all, and they forced this stupid SJW hookup on us for the sake of the agenda.

They should never have called this Justified, because it isn't on any level. To do so is insulting. It's the equivalent of pissing on our boots and telling us it's raining.

Instead, they should have just called this City Primeval, and let the lead character be Detective Raymond Cruz, as it was originally written by Leonard. It should have been a stand alone series. Perhaps then it could have spun off into a bunch of other Raymond Cruz stories.

If Timothy Olyphant and the directors would have thought he could pull off being Cruz, then let him go for it. Otherwise, put someone else altogether in the role.

They wanted to capitalize on the success of Justified to get the old fans on board. It lead to a huge disappointment because the two characters are just not at all alike.

For the record, I too have given up on the show. I don't even know if I'd still be watching it strictly as City Primeval at this point.

The gun that Mansell killed Sweety with, is that the gun that was supposed to be hidden behind the jukebox?

Nevermind, question answered.

So the lawyer is working with the Albanians? Why did the Albanian drop the gun in the river? So the female cop is compromised, but why? What does Mansell have over her?
End of the last episode left me confused.
