Official "i'm done with netflix" thread - choices for similar services?

I'm not going to get into the stupidity of rubbing everyone's face in your political views but that's what they've done so I'm looking for a different service.
Are there different levels to the amazon prime video service or just a single tier? does it offer 4K?
any other good services? i know netflix has a stranglehold on this particular market.

TBH I don't think any of the alternatives compare. Free alternatives are Crackle and TubiTV.
Also consider keeping Netflix, and choosing to not watch the Obama shows. There are a few Trump documentaries on there, and being the opposite of a fan of his, I've simply chosen not to watch them, and it's worked out great.

The cool thing about Netflix is they don't force you to watch anything on their service. You're free to watch whatever is on there, and not watch things that don't interest you.

Get some flavor of Android box (I recommend Nvidia Shield), sideload Terrarium TV and thank me later. Not tons of 4k content there, yet, but the price is right ($0).
Amazon Prime does have some 4k streams. There is one tier (that I know of), but the price just got jacked up again.
Hulu is starting to beat Neflix on hosting other content, as Netflix continues to focus more and more on their own stuff - Hulu has things like South Park, The Shield and now Archer - pretty much 3 of my top 4 favorite shows to stream. They pissed me off with ads AFTER I started paying a subscription, so they're dead to me, now, but not because of politics.
I'm getting close to ending it with Netflix, too, baw - and I was an early adopter during the disc mailing only days, probably late 1999 or early 2000 (Yeah, buddy, I'm old, wanna fight about it?)

not only hiring all obama's old cronies to make shows but actually hiring him and michelle to much fanfare.
just don't feel like contributing to the obama and crew propaganda-making service going forward.
