the time travel is just poorly handled.
However, magic and time jumps are established in the MCU. It’s been handled well so far in small doses. It’s impossible to get complete right (there’s just no way) when the plot relies on it almost entirely. I think it will be okay to overlook a few flaws if the overall execution is done as well as people are saying.

Is it true that they finally have a character introduced on one of the TV shows cross over into the films?

I haven't read anything about that unless they mean Peggy Carter. She was introduced in the first Captain America though.

Edwin Jarvis from Agents of Shield

On the mobile site “Official Avengers: Endgame” is on the first line
And it says "Spoilers" on the second line; however, both lines are part of the same thread title. So I don't see your point here.

And I literally accidentally clicked on this thread again.
Vision sacrifices himself for the soul stone while simultaneously destroying the mind stone and Sam Wilson actually becomes Captain America
GTFO idiot

Watched it this morning.... a few observances:
I liked Fat Thor. One of the best lines is when he shows up and Stark calls him "Lebowski"
I wonder how people who arrive 10 minutes late to it will react when Thor lops Thanos' head off and peaces out.
The time-travel aspect is a bit hokey and doesn't make much sense, but I guess this was the only way to bring everyone back.
The final battle when everyone comes back to fight Thanos & crew is what I imagine the Battle of Winterfell will be like.
One of the most involved characters is Nebula of all people. But she was actually quite entertaining.
Capt. Marvel is much hotter with longer hair.
It also had some unnecessary cameos from actors/TV personalities with nothing to do with the MCU... probably just fanboys who were asked to play bit roles.
I enjoyed Infinity War much more, because of the non-stop action from beginning to end and the interaction between all of the characters. Endgame was a slow burn just getting the stage set for the final showdown.
One last thing, there is NO post credits scene. Once the credits start, that's it. Nothing in the middle of the credits or at the very end.

That's too bad. I was hoping for Daisy Johnson.

I'm seeing a lot of this.

Black Widow dies too. Apparently Thanos is killed three times, including once by Tony.
Working in Atlanta this week and got to see it today at a private screening. I enjoyed it. Was shocked how funny it was.
Tony snaps Thanos away.
Thor’s kill on Thanos at the beginning was great.

You can handle time travel a frick ton better than half the universe is now 5 years older than half the other universe.
For people who haven't seen it and just like spoilers. Stark wanted to just bring the people back, while everything else remained exactly the same. So everyone and everything that wasn't snapped, existed for 5 years and went through all that shite, the snapped just came back like it was only a few seconds they were gone. Entire families are now completely fricked by this, it's stupid because Tony wanted to keep his daughter the same, frick everyone else.
You would have Peter Parker going back to school with half his class and half kids from 5 grades under him when he got snapped. The other half of his class is graduated from college and working in the real world. I wonder how they will choose to play with this in the new movie. The entire past cast just going to be snapped? That's my only guess.
It just makes for confusing movies going forward, they will just ignore it anyway though, comic book movie excuse incoming.
Really sad the rumors about RDJ not dying and come back for cameos and Cap being the one to die were false. Cap going back to be with Peggy is all nice and shite, but that was lame as hell.

Damn you just confirmed my main concerns. I know I’m still gonna enjoy it but the Tony “keep the 5 years or else” thing and Cap going back in time are pretty significant bummers

Lol, it' still a fun movie.
The other main death didn't really upset me. I was just like oh well, you've been useless for awhile anyway.

I've seen reports that say there's some banging noise, like a hammer hitting something. Is this true? What could it be a reference to?

It's the sound from when Tony made the first iron man suit.

I Think this has to be one of the more disappointing movies in the MCU for the following reasons:
1. You don't need 3 hours to give me a 10 min "battle scene" at the end. We already saw it in Infinity Wars
2. Was the whole " Hey, we're gonna have Capt' Marvel run the ball up the gut while the rest of us women clear the path towards the endzone" really necessary? I get the whole women emporement movement as giving everyone a pat on the back (or arse), but just felt like too much social agenda/ pandering to the masses for me.
3. Which leads me to my next thing: So the new Captin America is gonna be Sam Wilson/Falcon (Anthony Mack). I don't care that he's black really, but how the hell is he supposed to be Capt American w/o all the super human juicing?
I just feel like the writiers/studio/hollywood are trying to make me eat this corn filled shite cake and tell me it's a chantilly. If you have ~ 3 hours to spare, it's worth a watch just for the effects. Other than that, prepare to be underwhelmed.

It was just a few seconds and they fail anyway, getting worked up about it just shows how petty you are about this shite.

It was pretty funny when they gathered to bring the glove wherever and it was basically every single woman from the MCU. What are the odds of that

The whole movie has a weird vibe to it. After infinity war all I wanted was to see more movie. After this one it was just apathy. I’m glad Cap got to dance with Peggy but how did he not mess up multiple timelines with staying? And why is he not swole as an old man? It’s not like he’s going to shrink like a normal human

My buddy didn't really care for it either. He said it's more of a farewell tour than an actual good film. Would you guys agree with that?
