Definitely the scene with Denise Richards, Neve Campbell, and Matt Dillon in Wild Things.
Check that, might be the one between Billy Bob and Halle Berry in Monster's Ball.

I agree with a lot of what has been posted as potential GOAT's, but I think this one might need consideration for the greatest OPENING scene of all time.

I am partial to those great "twist" scenes. Like at the end of Planet of the Apes when he sees the Statue of Liberty and realizes he is on Earth. Or when Bruce Willis figures out he's dead in the Sixth Sense.

Scenes that make you go - holy shite!
