If not the theatre, in a dark room with the lights off. Not sure how you felt about the first one but I liked the second one a little better.

Its too bad that we'll never get a God Emperor movie, because Hollywood doesn't have the balls to release a 3 hour movie that's just Duncan arguing with a sandworm and having aggressive super-sex with Fish Speakers.

I didn’t think about the re-release so I’ll have to wait for that.
And oh yeah I always try to wait until the sun goes down to put a movie on my 85”, I’m spoiled with trying to be immersed in what I’m watching.
I thought the first was pretty decent, I knew nothing about the Dune universe going in and it had some wow moments for me. Sounds like it’ll be worth it to catch in theater if they do the re-release

Then if you're looking for a good movie to watch, I wouldn't worry about waiting, that's a good setup. It's just there are certain scenes, especially with the worms, that are worth seeing on the the big screen. The score is pretty incredible too.
Personally, it's one of my favorite movies from the past 10 years or so. But I was a fan of the book too. It's a very good adaption, despite some people on here's dislike for Zendaya.

Are you so simple that you cannot connect the dots when I say Zendaya I'm talking about Zendays portrayal of the character? i mean we are talking about the movie not Zendaya as a person outside of Dune you goof.

I'd pay good money to watch it. God Emperor is the best of the Dune books after the 1st one. But they'd probably cast Pedro Pascal as Leto and try to shoehorn Zendaya back into the picture somehow.
