It's pretty clear that the child molesters at Disney get off on selling people crap. It's just who they are.
I have absolutely no desire to see this crap, for money or for free. I still haven't seen Solo. These movies are controlled by incompetent people who don't understand anything they can't quantify. They have no real creativity, and being corporate minded, they will always cater to the lowest common denominator.
I honestly don't care.

The person with the biggest gripe in all of this is Abrams. Regardless of how you rank TFA, it was safe and definitely sampled a new hope but it firmly reestablished the franchise. It did that while also setting up some fantastic storylines to explore-Rey’s parents, knights of ren, why is c3P0s arm red, snoke, power struggle with kylo and hux. Rian intentionally crapped on every single one of those.
