I can't find anything that confirms her as Helen. It all seems to be coming from the fact that she is sitting next to Bernthal in the trailer, as he plays Menelaus and is married to Helen.

You know, when you see pictures of Sicilian immigrants from way back in the day they are VERY dark. They did not have the African negroid features that sets them apart. Straight noses. I could see Helen of Troy as black but not African black.
Now the Olmec statues share black characteristics that we know today, and they had a big empire. So who knows?

Tf he has. He’s literally one of the only original creators and still uses practical effects. If you don’t like him, go watch the Marvel universe.

- Look up Homer’s description of Achilles
- Look up Greek poet Sappho’s description of Helen of Troy
- Most Greek statues were not displayed in their time as alabaster white. They were painted and the paint residues have been tested and many statues were painted with blonde hair and varying eye colors from blue to brown.
Yes, more Greek statues looked like Dolph Lundgren than the current year inhabitants of Greece and Italy.
