I think he picked cinnemassacre as his domain name bc making films is his main passion. sure he loves 80s era video games but back then he loved making movies. the avgn thing started as a schtick he made for his college friends and they thought he should post the videos on the new (at the time) YouTube. Angry Nintendo Nerd (his original ranting handle) made him famous but that's just a character

He's used the Cinemassacre name since high school. The first AVGN videos were originally only on Quicktime.

I think this stupidity is about to go into overdrive soon.
Ellen is doing a show with the cast of the film and Hillary Clinton soon.
I'm not sure if Hillary is stupider for throwing in with them or Sony is for pissing off probably 50% of the audience on top of everything else they are doing to screw this up.

Wow. fricking wow. That's simply amazing. It's really incredible. It has to be the single most arrogant thing ever said by a person in film history. If it wasn't for Fox and Sony you wouldn't have Marvel Studios. It was Sony that turned Spider-Man into a box office success and showed the suits at Marvel that they were fricking retarded for renting out their characters to anyone who wanted to make a cheap Captain America straight-to-VHS movie.
