That's so stupid. She had just insulted the crowd by calling them sweaty freaks and then gets pissed off when they don't crowd surf her and let her fall onto the floor.
Also it appears that the guy on Reddit completely nailed the "leaked" plot.

I'm a big defender of their right to make this movie, but the trailers are falling flatter and flatter. There are some funny actresses in this thing, but the writing doesn't appear to be on par with their other movies. Leslie Jones is good in small portions. They're showcasing her over McKinnon in these trailers, which seems insane to me.
I'll see it, and hopefully it's a case of bad trailers.
I don't know who this AVGN guy is, but if he's a critic he needs to see the movie before commenting on it.

I enjoy Wiig in doses and think Kate McKinnon is really quite good on SNL. Melissa McCarthy will play "Melissa McCarthy" kind of like how Will Ferrell just plays "Will Ferrell" so your results will vary with her based on how much you enjoy that shtick.
I like to think that I have a broad taste in comedy. From highbrow to bathroom humor, I tend to be someone who is an easy laugh. So, if it's just those three then you have the potential for an entertaining reboot/remake that might be worth a matinee ticket or at least an On Demand viewing when it comes to the small screen.
But then there's the Leslie Jones factor. It is beyond my comprehension how anyone finds Leslie Jones entertaining. She sucks the life out of scenes on Saturday Night Live because she can't act. Seriously, she has zero comedic timing or stage presence whenever she's called upon to do anything but her rants on weekend update.
How she is getting cast in so many films confuses me because I just don't see it.
You could make an all female Ghostbusters that's funny and slightly askew from the original. This movie, however, does not appear to be that film. Leslie Jones makes everything she touches worse; and I would be surprised if this movie does not follow that pattern.

The funny part is that his wife is a huge, literally, sjw. Anyone who's seen the AVGN movie saw her influence.

yes he seemed perfectly reasonable to me. if the marketing make the movie look like garbage that is on the studio. no one has to go see this movie (depsite what sjw twitter tells you).
if the reddit plot synopsis is true then this movie needs to be ripped to shreds.
