I don't know what anyone sees in Kat... she's absolutely terrible. There was hardly a note she sang last night that was in tune, and her attempt at vibrato makes it sound even worse.
I'm hoping she and Tessanne go home.

If I could pick this is who I would send home. I just don't enjoy their performances. Tessanne has a big voice but that style wears thin with me quickly. Jacqui can sing but I will start hating on her if she doesn't mix it up a little more quickly.

Cole, Ray, Caroline, Matthew & Jacquie were the top 5 performances last night.

Looks like Austin is the only one who didn't make the top 100 on itunes. Kat is the next lowest at 65. Cole and Matthew are the top two at 18 and 19.

I agree with you. Austin is the only one who didn't make the top 100 on itunes, though. I think that's a bad sign. Kat only moved from 65 to 64. Jacquie is still in the 50's. I think Blake had it right when he suggested she sing something different. I don't think that was the greatest song for her.
Matthew's performance last week is still beating his performance this week, but he's right behind Cole in the Top 20 with James at 21.
Caroline is at 28 and Tessanne is at 32. Ray is at 38 and Will is at 40. I haven't seen anyone hit the top 10.

The first 1/3 of the song was terrible, then it rose to meh status. I could not believe the song Blake chose for Austin, why do you do that to your #2. For the first time Ray rose to the competition, enjoyed his performance. Jacquie had an off week, she really seems to be a one trick power singer at the moment although with a good voice. If she ain't screaming she ain't top level. Cole, James and Matthew were the top 3 IMO, in no order, and you know what is said about opinions. Overall, other than Ray stepping up, the overall quality of performances were down from last week.
Caroline needs to go, she might take Kat with her. If Austin goes home Blake needs a boot up his behind for that song not fitting Austin's voice at all.

I think she and Austin go home and I think Austin shouldn't be going home yet. I agree that Blake may be responsible if he picked that song. I can't recall if he picked it or Austin wanted to do it. He was also first, wasn't he? You have to be really strong when you're the first out of the gate. People forget unless you're very memorable.

she isn't one of the top 5 in this competition but I prefer her over most because of personal taste. I still haven't watched last nights yet but I wouldn't be surprised to see her go home. I would be upset but not totally against it

She wasn't terrible and she insisted on that song and knew the risks. CeeLo obviously wasn't all that happy with it. I have to commend him for that. It's one of the few things he's gotten right.
Xtina is going to fail Jacquie if she doesn't pick better songs for her. The yoga didn't help her on that. Her worst peformance, though it certainly wasn't awful, but it wasn't a good song choice.
