Watching a teenager from 2020 go back in time to 1990 would be interesting.

Jurassic Park.

CGI can get as good as it can possibly get, and they'll never catch the magic of most of the scenes in Jurassic Park.

Dr. Grant's "holy frick there's a fricking dinosaur" scene at the start of the movie will never be beat as far as seeing a real live dinosaur for the first time goes.

Ben Hur .

The most recent one was good.
It was just a movie that people were determined to hate Bc it makes them feel sophisticated to love the “original” which was itself a remake.

The original remake (yeah I said it)was perfect.

Stop there, it's great, don't touch it.

They should just remake it every 30 years, on the dot. Unless my quest to become a cyborg comes to fruition, i won't be able to see it, but the 2705 to 2675 one should be awesome.

To Parmen, Demolition Man could definitely be remade and be made better.

That said, CSB time, my dad had a video store. My brother and I (who for some reason were allowed to watch the movie), snuck in and stole all the toilet paper and left three clam shells.

Nah he/she would be offended by everything and triggered without safe space. No trophies for everyone. Screw millennials.

ET was remade in the 80's. It was called Mac and Me and it's easily top five worst all time.

I saw Mac and Me in the theater! Haven’t seen it since. Wonder how it holds up.

I do recall a Gone with the Wind sequel which went over like a lead balloon.
