Everytime I mention "A good old fashioned orgy" I get blank stares.

Funny movie with Jason Sudeikis about a group of friends who plan a final blowout party... An orgy.

frick that movie. So disturbing. I get the absurd theme the writer/director was going for, but man, it gets hard to watch in some parts.

Yep.

I think it should be called “Audience Alienating Premise - The Movie”.

Pretty sure this is the same guy who did Welcome To The Dollhouse and some other equally fricked up films as well.

OK, that strikes me as one people SHOULD know simply because it put Edward Norton on the map.

Not necessarily a great movie as a whole but Norton, as an unknown, fricking slayed it.

not sure if this falls into the same category; but Romeo is Bleeding is one my favorite 1990s guilty pleasures.

Gary Oldman & Lena Olin

Yeah, it's pretty fricking dark. It did make me laugh, though.

Love this movie. Really funny and also has Tyler Labine from Tucker and Dale vs Evil

My recommendations are Predestination (a mind-blowing sci-fi thriller)

and Hamlet 2 Steve Coogan is great

Memento is a great film but not really a hidden gem.

I’ve seen Dirty Shame and thought the parts were better than the whole. I loved the part where he gained the guard dogs’ trust by singing James Brown songs to them. Still think that I’m Gonna Git You Sucka is better, but that is another one that isn’t really a hidden gem.

The Jericho Mile (entire movie on Youtube)

1979 TV movie directed by Michael Mann and starring Peter Strauss that won multiple Emmy awards about a prisoner who becomes a world class runner. Really got me back in my youth when I saw it first broadcast.

A movie my brother and I loved as a kid that even our friends had no idea what it was...

Young Einstein

The movie could absolutely suck right now, and I wouldn't know... But like 30 years ago, we loved it.
