The prestige
Memento
I think these two are different.
Prestige is just a great drama/mystery that is highly rewatchable.
Memento is a murder mystery where the entire movie is about solving that one thing...I don't know how people can watch that movie multiple times once you know the answer.

Memento is actually interesting in that you spend the first watch just trying to learn the rules of the editing to figure out the rules of the movie. When you finish it the first time, you immediately want to start it again just to watch it knowing how the timeline is supposed to work. It's only on the second watch that the movie makes any sort of sense.
...But, yeah, after that, once you know the solution to the mystery, there's no thrill anymore. But that's the same with all mystery-thrillers. I guess people rewatch them just to enjoy the craft of the storytelling.

Name a dumber moment in a Spielberg movie.

The Game
It's hard to get excited for the "ultimate" birthday present when you already know what it is.

You have to wait to the very end for the “twist” but Saw was bad arse. Props to the poster that brought “The Game”

Silence of the Lambs. That suspense watching it the first time was awesome. Might just have been 14 yro me though.

Literally just rewatched Endgame and I won’t ever be able to re-experience those moments in a packed theatre when you get the payoff of Cap and mjolnir and the portal scene. They’re still awesome now but in a theatre full of people witnessing it all for the first time, it was a time machine back to being 10 years old again and playing with action figures and believing in your heroes.

One of the best payoffs ever. The key is that after Age of Ultron they let you forget, so it sneaks up on you.
Edit: That being said, I think the "portal" moment would have been far more impactful if they had done what I kinda wished they had done.
Space out Infinity War and Endgame by about 3-4 year and have an entire Phase take place in between dealing with the survivors of the Snap.
That way, when the victims of the Snap re-appear, there would be some weight to their return. (1 year is not much time to feel the loss of some of your favorite characters when it takes 2-3 years to see them in their own movies anyway. For crying out loud, it's going to be 5 years between Guardians 2 and Guardians 3. So, it's like Star-Lord had a shorter disappearance than when he was alive.)
You might ask, "How to account for the fact that these characters are not supposed to age?" What you do is you go ahead and film the Phase 5 movies simultaneously with Phase 4. That way those Phase 5 movies could be released immediately after Endgame without the actors aging on screen.

Has anyone ever watched The Village twice?
The Sixth Sense I get, it's a great movie...Signs is pretty good.
But the rest of M. Night's catalogue is a one and done.

Valid response, but I still think that was dumber. Nuking the fridge is a close second, I’ll hand it to you.
