The end of Shawshank "I hope"- tears of joy.

Has the end of "About Time" been mentioned? Don't want to spoil it, but if you love your Dad, gotta watch. Waterworks everytime!

My Girl when McCauley Culkin died and when she went up to the casket at the funeral, kissed the girl I was dating at time for the first time after the movie.

The Fox and the Hound got me as a kid and still does.

My kids watched Bridge to Terabithia the other day and I said to myself "its really sad when she dies." Still sad lol.

I also felt really bad for Alan Turing throughout "The Imitation Game" but at the end when he is on the hormone replacements and can't do the crossword puzzle it sucked. Didn't cry but felt genuinely bad for such a smart person. Cumberbatch was really good in that role.

I watched Lion last month. When Saroo finds his home and sees his mom after 25 years of being separated, I cried like a baby.

End of October Sky was great because the dad gave so much crap to his son and for him to finally acknowledge his sons dream.

When I saw this thread bumped, I was going to come post this. The last 20 or so minutes of that movie when he's going home and walking through his village and finally sees his mom... I was ugly crying in the theater

It is not humanly possible to watch Empire of the Sun and not bawl your eyes out at the end. Christian Bale did an amazing job as a child actor....freakin Spielberg...

Empire of the Sun - Final Scene

This one is long...but, at the final scene of The Man Who Shot Liberty Valence

"Nothing's too good for the man who shot Liberty Valance"

When the soldiers shoot Two Socks in Dances With Wolves. It's heartbreaking that he won't just run away, and they just keep shooting at him until they hit him

You don't have a heart if the ending of My Dog Skip doesn't make you shed a tear. Every subsequent time I hear the narrator say that he is "really buried in my heart" I cry a little harder.

Like someone mentioned earlier, I shed a tear when home came to the men in Dunkirk.

The Rookie. After his pitching debut when he walks out and is bombarded with reporters and he sees his Dad there. Dad says, " I wasn't missing this one", I cry like a baby. Hits home.

The end of Grave of the Fireflies

Amazing movie but I can't watch that movie again. Probably the saddest movie I've watched.

Another brutal moment was when the kids best friend dies in Bridge to Terabithia.

Mrs. Doubtfire.

I was pretty young and my parents had just split up. I was convinced I was never going to see my dad again
