Not a movie but the father (Stannis) burning his daughter at the stake as a sacrifice in GOT almost made me stop watching it. Not b/c I was triggered or anything, I just really didn't enjoy that scene.

caretaker in the original longest yard. burning to death just seems like the absolute worst way to go.
Caretaker deaths both versions

The baseball kid in Doctor Sleep was pretty bad.

Mellish in Saving Pvt Ryan
6 of the 8 man team died. I blame Mellish for 2 of the 6.
1. Mellish could have been saved by Upham.
2. Steamboat Willie shot Capt. Ryan. but Upham had a chance to kill him before the shot was taken when Upham was hiding while everyone was crossing the bridge to the Alamo.

The Lake Berryessa murder in Zodiac. I know it was a true story, but that whole scene just freaks me out. Something about it being in the middle of a nice day is what got me.

this is when i really stopped giving a shite about game of thrones. it was obvious they just put that scene in there for over the top emotional shock value and so people would say OMG DID YOU SEE WHAT HAPPENED ON GOT. surprise, uber violent deaths in that show were fun early on bc it moved the plot along, etc. but him burning his daughter was just nasty for the sake of being nasty.
anyways, rant over. my answer is Mufasa.

It doesn’t help that I was very stoned the first time I watched Zodiac (not a big weed person). I think I might have had a legit panic attack.
It’s bad enough on it’s own, but the times I’ve rewatched that movie I still think back to that moment.

if you've never seen the rape scene in 'cannibal holocaust' consider yourself lucky.
i still believe i was watching a snuff film; no way a movie from the 1970s could be that realistic.
if you haven't watched it..don't. it makes the rape scene in irreversible look like child's play.

May not still horrify me, but I can still remember how it made me feel as a little kid.
