Omen (1976) - Nanny suicide. Saw it a few years later as a kid and have been haunted ever since.
Also, season 4 of Dexter when Lithgow convinces the mom into killing herself without any physical threats, just mental manipulation.
I guess there’s something about being talked into or committing suicide for someone else's benefit that I find haunting.

Any death in Brawl in Cell Block 99, especially Eleazars.

Not a movie but the father (Stannis) burning his daughter at the stake as a sacrifice in GOT almost made me stop watching it. Not b/c I was triggered or anything, I just really didn't enjoy that scene.
Also GOT and not a movie...
Hodor just killed me! It was much worse to me than Stannis's daughter. I watched the Hodor episode with my daughter and we literally sat on the couch clutching each other and screaming at the TV.

Michael Keaton in the 1993 film, My Life, hit me hard emotionally. I was just 25 years old at the time.

Quint in Jaws was shocking. I knew he was going to die because I read the book... still got me.

2000 Maniacs. 1964 B movie horror film. Saw it when I was 10-12 years old (Depends on how long it took a movie to get to Jeanerette back in the day). Remember it to this day, so it had an impact.

Not embarrassed to admit I shed a tear or two over Hodor's death. Hodor knew the entire time what was going to happen to him, and he still went through with it. Hodor was the bravest person in Game of Thrones.

Did the guy that got curb stomped in American History X die? I can't remember because I could never watch that movie again because of that scene.

When Pennywise Kills Georgie. I hate kids being hurt and this one was cringeworthy

Go watch just about every death scene in any of the first 3 Saw movies. The one that stands out to me is the device that the black man that was strapped into that twisted his arms and legs and eventually his head to were everything snaps
