I'm really surprised to keep seeing Frasier on this list. I personally love it, but I didn't really think it had enough of a following to be overrated.

I personally never got the big deal with Seinfeld, but it is universally loved like a religion by many, many people. Hard to say it isn't rated exactly where it should be. Not at the top, but somewhere near it.

Wrong. Seinfeld is brilliant.

If you want overrated look no further than Friends. A lot of the material and format from Friends was ripped straight off from Seinfeld.

If you watch current shows like Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, etc. a lot of storylines are definitely ripped from Friends. What storylines did Friends rip from Seinfeld?

I can watch Law & Order from any year with any cast (except before McCoy got there) any time of any day. Love it.

Family Guy now that Seth McFarlane feels his political beliefs should be announced through the show.

Let's see: A group of aimless "friends" who are neighbors live in New York City, all the while, having pointless adventures that mimic mundane things in real life. Is this Seinfeld or Friends? You tell me.

Here's an example of a ripped off joke:

Senerio: Ugly Baby -

Seinfeld:

Ben: Sure. (Elaine celebrates to herself as Jerry enters and

quickly looks away from the baby)

Jerry: Ah, I'm gonna go pick up Rachel at the station.

Elaine: Yeah, see ya.

Jerry: Okay. (He leaves)

Carol: Oh, just look at him!

Ben: Yeah, he really is breathtaking. (Elaine confused by his comment)

Friends:

"The One with the Ugly Baby"

Friends even modeled the titling of their episodes off of Seinfeld.

Entourage.

Had a great entertaining first season and hasn't changed at all. It's still an easy way to waste a mindless 20 minutes, but how this keeps getting nominated for awards baffles me.

Speaking of overrated shows on NBC, I submit to you Saturday Night Live.

no argument here

pretty much 3 amazing casts that stuck around for less than 4-5 years

the original 70s run

the mid-80s with eddie murphy and piscopo

the early 90s with sandler/farley/meyers/hartmon, etc
