I am not sure anyone could pull off Maeve like Helen is.
In regard to who the rat is I like the Kev theory. The one that seems to being trying to keep the peace the most but at the same time has issues with the family.

For me it is too obvious for the reasons you mentioned. I could be wrong but I think the show wants to lead people one way and surprise us.
I think the show makes her look like a viable choice.

I’m trying to figure out how Conrad and Maeve became successful given the fact that they are both battling shite crazy.

I think they mentioned that this was all pretty recent. It's why the walls are closing in on them. One could also argue that they became successful because of how batshit crazy they are.

I watched in bed so I’ll have to rewatch but it seemed like Conrad said Maeve is the one who ratted about Archie at the dinner table. He basically said it’s all Maeve. Maybe I’m remembering wrong

So there are two rats. Maeve ratted to the police about Archie and O’Hara, the lawyer is ratting to Richie and she’s the rat Lopez was talking to Harry about.

We know Richie wants them arrested so he can kill them while they’re in custody. Does Harry know this, maybe Freddie told him, and does he act quick to get Conrad out but leaves Maeve in to get rid of the family’s biggest problem which is Maeve?

Sub plot-was Maeve referring to Eddie or Harry when she was taking to Kevin about Conrad’s successor? I’m enjoying the shite out of the show, even if I have to turn on subtitles to keep up lol
