I don't care about their gender status. The fact that the first Matrix movie was a one-hit wonder for them is why this movie will stink.

I like 2, I will watch it when it's on tv. It had some good action sequences and I liked the Merovingian storyline. If they can get to that level I would watch it. I have no confidence they can though.

The Wachowskis writing and directing isn't promising. They've been on a run of absolute trash lately.

The Matrix was one of the best movies I have ever seen in a theater. It's been ripped off so many times people forget how original and mind-blowing it was at the time.
That being said, EVERYTHING the Wachowski's have done since then has been disappointing (if not awful), including the Matrix sequels. I'm sure I'll go see this, but I'm not optimistic.
