I would have been interested in this about 3 years ago but I think I'm done with marvel. Sure the woke tropes are distracting, but the stories were a bit stale before any social justice tropes ruined it. Maybe the social justice is a way to keep it alive.

The more I think about it, Esposito as professor X would be absolutely perfect (aside from the skin tone). His calm demeanor as Gus fring would translate well to Charles Xavier.
That said, Denzel as magneto would be too much of a stretch, with plenty of other capable actors out there.

Phase 4 has been a flat for sure.

They missed their chance for an awesome phase 4 when they did the time jump in endgame. They should have made phase 4 after the snap. It would have been a very interesting world and people would be invested in it. Then have endgame 5 years later and bring back the dusted heroes.

I think casting that big a name is a famous character is always hard.
That’s being said, the man played Malcolm X. That’s basically magneto.
I feel like Magneto’s story of being a Holocaust survival has always been one of the best but it does date him in 2022. By date I mean He’s have to be 80-100 years old depending on how young your saying he is now.

They really need great villains. Whether it is Denzel or Caville I think a great Doom would give Marvel a shot of recovering from a dog shite start to phase four
