Not only is that shitty writing (in the context of a long TV series), it would kill blu-ray sales. Why would anyone want to watch the series again knowing it's all fake?

LOST?

This is the greatest show to ever grace television, however, Weiner could frick it all up.

Anyone think that we still have something else to learn about Dick? Maybe something happened right before the war that changed him?

Exactly after the Lost writers spent the entire series assuring viewers that the people were not dead, they made them all dead.

People will forgive what they might consider a shitty ending if they like the overall series enough. People just have their own thoughts of how it should end right now, so they are too close to it right now. In time they'd get over it.

I mean the Wizard of Oz ending was a copout but it's still one of the most classic films of all time.

So are people gonna be happy if Don has brain damage and that's why he sees ghosts? Because to me that would be the worst ending of all.

I don't know what to think. hopefully we get a little more clarity.

i don't think it's a brain tumor, nor do i think he's dead.

The show is so popular due to it's realism in it's characters and realism to the time period they are in

What kind of shitty irony would it be if It was all fricking fake?

That would be awful no matter how you want to spin it

Is it just me or did they just skip past the fact that Don has a drinking problem? He was having all sorts of problems because of it but now like it never happened.

Man. Get out of here with this nonsense.

I watch the show but it's nothing special. Nobody leaves going "Geez. What's Don going to do next?" Well here is a spoiler for you: be depressed and sleep with random women.

I've seen every episode but it's a time filler, period drama about awful people's lives.

Best minor character on the show was actually the Jewish copy guy. But they made him go schitzo.

You are an idiot. Sorry there aren't enough explosions for you.

This show is real. Sorry it doesn't hit home for you, you sociopath.

Yeah there's no way they will do a Jacobs ladder type ending. Unless Don is also a psychic and was able to foresee every major event that occurred in the 60s that has been covered on the show.

I just want to say that at some point during the 7 seasons of this show I have had a full range of emotions over every major character in it. I've loved them, hated them, cheered for them, felt sorry for them, rinse repeat. Never before have I experienced a show like that.

I'm really going to miss this one.

It most certainly can debated that there are better shows, but to say Mad Men is nothing special is just silly talk.

I like the show but what keeps you addicted...seriously...watching a 13 yr old girl sass her mama or get lost in the city? Don Draper get drunk and have multiple flings?

I'm not saying it doesn't have its merits as a show but lets not pretend its anything but a shotgun blast on film in terms of its plot and direction.

Look up 'Jacobs Ladder (movie)' on Wiki or IMDB

The amazing acting, writing and directing, sets, attention to detail, just to name a few.

Pete's journey on the show has been my favorite. From my most hated to one of my favorites .
