LSU fan Katy Mixon´s evolution of her career

When I say evolution I mean her physical evolution from being the thin hot actress on shows like 2 and a half men, Eastbound and Down to Mike and Molly where she began gaining weight and was big in Hell or High Water and getting downright fat on American Housewife
So where do you see her career going from here and how much weight do you think she gained?
The before pictures are from around 2010 and the after photo´s on the right are from new 2021 episodes of the 5th season of American Housewife

It probably helped her career tbh.
Becoming a go to “TV parent” is one of the best gigs in Hollywood
There’s like 5 people that sitcoms and movies use for those roles, if you can be on that list you’ll never be out of work

Hopefully she can hang onto her series. Her weight will limit her options, but it's not like the 1980's when Rosanne was the lone fat woman with a series and Delta Burke's weight gain on Designing Women was treated as a major handicap.
Big people are still getting series and there is now more TV production in one year than we had in the entire decade of the 90's or 00's. With all of the broadcast, cable, and streaming services, she should land a job somewhere, even if it's not a leading role.

Again I’ll disagree here.
There’s a thousands of hot arse 21 year old bimbos to compete with if you want to be the smoke show wife/girlfriend like she was early on
There’s almost nobody to compete with if you want to play the realistic looking mid 30s-40s wife. And those checks are nice when you hit a couple sitcoms
Also I’ll bring up the girl from You’re The Worst, Kether Donahue which is basically the same chick with a little less weight and is a freeaakkkk in that show

That show Mike and Molly reruns all the time here, and she is just at peak hotness in that show. And I watch that show American Housewife which I think premiered a year and a half after Mike and Molly ended, and I can’t really wrap my head around how she managed to transform her body that quickly.
But she seems like a really cool lady, so to each their own

She was never thin. And this was always inevitable. Good for her for for capitalizing on her hotness when she could. Looks like she’s moving into the “middle age parent” stage of her career. Should be able to keep a steady gig for the next 10 years or so if she wants to just hang out there.
