More evidence that it was Jack's perspective.

Locke's true love was Helen. But he sat alone in the church in the final scene.

Yeah, I'm having a hard time avoiding that.

Not my fault though.

Never said. But then you can't fault us being repetitive when people ask the same questions.

How is saying "Anything is possible," telling other people they are wrong? That makes no sense.

Helen wasn't in Locke's life when he went to the island. She had left him because of his obsession. That wasn't the real Helen in purgatory, like it wasn't Jack's real son.

Locke's true love was the Island. It was the only place that provided a purpose in his life.

Sure I can, because not all of your responses were direct questions, or questions to you. It was you picking places to bitch, and you did it incessantly it seemed.

Maybe it's the way ya'll say it. It just comes off like that. And you've specifically said things like "You think it's this, but that is not the case.." That's a pretty cut and dry "You're wrong" in my opinion.

But I thought ya'll were done with this..?

Then you can't explain Penny.

Not the island's perspective literally, but the people on the island and their loves. Nadia was already dead and moved on in the real time, so that is why she wasn't there.

quick question:

If MIB had escaped does he wipe out humanity/earth or does that continue to exist but heaven ceases to exist? I think the latter.

Hell, Nadia wasn't in Sayid's life when he went to the island, yet that's all we've heard about.

It's hard to argue that Helen wasn't Locke's love in life; he was going to propose to her. Of course, Jack never met Helen.

And, again, if we are going strictly by presence on the island, then Penny had no business being in that church.

One thing that let me down about this episode was what little we saw of Eloise Hawking. I thought she would play a larger role.

no, why would he wipe anything out?

MIB was not the chaos under the island. he was simply transformed by it.

Thought that is why Jacob wouldn't let him escape. What bad shite happens then if MIB leaves the Island?

Wow this is 30 pages longer than when I went to bed at 3 this morning.

Any word yet on why they added that retarded credits footage at the end?

And of course, It's only myself SFP and Myth who are guilty of this. Got it. Only those who are critiquing Lost.

He had to put out the Light at the Island source to leave. The extinguishing of the Light is what would have destroyed everything if left unchecked.

Not really. He wasn't even able to stop obsessing over his father to spend time with her.

I agree the island became his true passion.

Helen was just a chick he liked a lot but not enough IN REAL LIFE to disulphide him from his obsession with his father.
