Phyllis....couldnt ever figure it out but something about her just made me greatly dislike her

He never really had many funny moments or lines and don’t really add much to the office dynamic.

Seriously? That’s a terrible take. Some of the greatest scenes were Michael saying things or acting inappropriately towards Oscar.
