Ryan seems pissed at Marvel. I love it, he is taking shot after shot at them in this trailer. Good for him, if they cannot figure out what to do with Deadpool, then sell his rights off to Warner or Sony. Each of them would love a huge new toy like Deadpool to play with.

In development doesn't mean a whole lot these days.
Currently at Disney there are two Pirates of the Caribbean movies in development. One with Margot Robbie and the other with Karen Gillian. Do you think any of them will be made?
Marvel themselves have a canceled movies in development like Gambit(Started at Fox) and InHumans.
There is really nothing substantial that says a Deadpool 3 movie will be made. Currently filming is estimated to start in 2022 at the earliest. They need to figure it out and get it moving.

In the meticulously planned and plotted out MCU, it means a whole hell of a lot.
They wouldn't be wasting their time on something they know can get killed off when they have about 15 other projects in the air, with another couple shite tons of characters and story concepts to run through, too.

You know what Disney loves more than puppies or a baby's laughter? Lots and lots of money. And Deadpool makes a lot of money. Disney will make a Deadpool movie.

This is fantastic marketing on all fronts, whoever came up with it deserves a raise.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see a formal announcement of Deadpool 3 (which I’m sure will have some catchy name) at the next big event where Marvel releases info. Possibly D23 or Disney Investor Day since they won’t be at SDCC
